Billy Moyer Jr. won the USAC dirt late model feature at Highway 13 Speedway.
Bolivar, Mo. (September 17, 1988) – Billy Moyer Jr. finished ahead of Ken Essary and Leslie Essary to win the USAC Late Model Series Fall Shootout 40-lap headliner Friday night at Highway 13 Speedway.
Bill Street led the first three laps of the contest before Ken Essary charged in front. One lap later, Moyer took command. He held off both Essary’s for the win. Willy Kraft finished fourth followed by Rex McCroskey.
